As a Physical Therapist at ProFlex Sports and Wellness, your daily duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, strength, and mobility to formulate an effective treatment strategy.
• Implementing advanced diagnostic techniques and evidence-based practices to assess patient needs and monitor progress.
• Developing individualized therapy programs aimed at restoring function and alleviating pain through various therapeutic methods.
• Utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other specialized techniques to maximize recovery.
• Providing clear education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation practices, preventative measures, and at-home exercise regimens.
• Collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and case managers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintaining consistent communication with patients and their families to foster a supportive and effective rehabilitation experience.

Our facility caters to a diverse patient demographic, ranging from individuals recovering from surgeries and acute injuries to those with chronic pain conditions. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in tailoring individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with a background in orthopedic outpatient settings will be preferred. A passion for patient care and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team will be critical components of success in this role.
