Our primary focus is the geriatric population, a demographic with unique needs that require specialized therapeutic approaches. As a Physical Therapist at Motion Craft Wellness, you will engage with elderly patients who may be addressing age-related challenges such as mobility issues, recovery from surgery, or rehabilitation following an injury. Your role will be integral in promoting their independence and enhancing their functional abilities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with patients, their families, and fellow health professionals.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and familiarity with relevant documentation systems.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and a commitment to applying contemporary therapeutic techniques in patient treatment.
  • A dedication to patient-centered care, focusing on enhancing patient independence and enriching their quality of life.
  • A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in geriatric therapy is highly advantageous.
  • Exposure to rehabilitation settings and methodologies relevant to senior care.
  • Advanced knowledge of therapy tools, techniques, and computerized systems to facilitate patient care.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, ensuring that both you and your family have access to quality healthcare services.
