The Program Manager, Program Management Office is part of the Technical Operations Division and supports the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives by ensuring work is clearly defined, aligned, and progressing as expected. This role focuses on identifying risks, managing dependencies, and maintaining visibility into program health while providing leadership with clear, fact-based insights to support decision-making. It operates within PMO governance to strengthen accountability, consistency, and alignment across enterprise priorities without owning task-level execution.

•    Leads alignment of scope, milestones, and objectives across multiple initiatives to ensure consistency with enterprise priorities 
•    Analyzes risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts, proactively identifying gaps and emerging issues 
•    Reviews and validates program plans, challenging assumptions and addressing incomplete or unclear updates 
•    Translates program status into clear insights, including risks, impacts, and required decisions for leadership 
•    Supports decision forums by outlining options, tradeoffs, and recommendations 
•    Drives accountability with business owners for delivery outcomes while influencing without direct authority 
•    Coordinates cross-functional alignment and facilitates issue resolution to maintain program momentum 
•    Maintains visibility into overall program health, milestones, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with PMO governance and reporting standards

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience/training
•    3 years of experience in program management, project management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

•    Experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO) or similar governance structure
•    Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives
•    Familiarity with financial planning, business case development, and funding processes
•    Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Advanced communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority
•    Proficiency in program/project management tools and reporting platforms
•    Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
•    Demonstrated experience with program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
•    PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
