Job description

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Technical Operations Director for Navy Recruiting Region West of NVRECRUITNGCMD.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of HR program evaluation techniques to assess the effectiveness of large-scale recruiting programs; 2) Utilizing knowledge of recruiting and military entrance processing, eligibility standards and waiver criteria in verifying and determining enlistment eligibility; 3) Analyzing recruiting data and operational requirements to identify challenges and recommend innovative solutions; 4) Directing cross-functional teams in support of strategic objectives, organizational change, and resolving complex issues that cross functional boundaries; 5) Communicating effectively with various levels in assigning work, identifying training needs, and handling administrative matters.
