  • You will provide oversight for statistical and analytical data produced for the Navy Recruiting Region East, who is responsible for the recruitment of qualified applicants for assigned officer and ROTC programs.
  • You will provides oversight for statistical and analytical data produced for Navy Recruiting Region East who is responsible for the enlistment and reenlistment of accessions into the active components of the Navy.
  • You will train all incoming civilians and military members in all facets of processing and classifying Future Sailors.
  • You will provide professional training on all enlistment eligibility requirements to NTAG processors and classifiers as needed through the RFT process.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Program Management and Evaluation: Applying expert knowledge of DoD, DON and MyNavy HR program evaluation techniques to assess the effectiveness of large-scale recruiting programs; and developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to meet organizational goals for officer, enlisted, and NROTC recruiting; 2) Navy Accession and Processing Expertise: Utilize expert knowledge of DON recruiting and military entrance processing, eligibility standards and waiver criteria, to include ensuring compliance with requirements for medical, background, and other enlistment criteria; 3) Strategic Analysis and Communication: Analyzing complex recruiting data and operational requirements to identify challenges and recommend innovative solutions; and communicating findings, justifications, and recommendations to senior leadership to influence policy and secure support for key initiatives; 4) Organizational Leadership: Leading and directing cross-functional teams in support of strategic objectives, to include planning and guiding organizational change, resolving complex issues that cross functional boundaries, and fostering effective team communication; 5) Supervision and Personnel Management: Supervising a multi-disciplinary civilian workforce of GS-05 to GS-12, including assigning work, managing performance, identifying training needs, and handling administrative and employee relations matters.
