Quail Run Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide exceptional therapeutic support to a diverse range of clients. As a vital member of our remote team, you will be responsible for assessing clients’ needs, delivering evidence-based counseling, and guiding individuals and families towards mental wellness. This full-time position allows for flexibility while offering a competitive salary range from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year.

This position is fully remote, offering a flexible work environment that prioritizes work-life balance. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, either one-on-one or in group settings, catering to the unique psychological needs of clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment logs, summarizing client progress and necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at crisis de-escalation and long-term mental health improvement.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to devise comprehensive strategies for psychological well-being and resilience.
• Regularly monitor patients’ progress through subsequent evaluations, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Provide educational resources and supportive programs to clients and their families, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health.

The clients you will serve range widely in age and backgrounds, including individuals facing various psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing their needs and guiding them towards healthier mental states. You may refer clients to additional specialized professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive treatment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting is mandatory.
• Must hold a current and valid license in the state of Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC/MHSP, or PsyD.

Experience working in a community health or telehealth setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities is highly valued, as well as proficiency in using digital tools for client management and teletherapy.

Quail Run Behavioral Health Clinic offers an attractive compensation package, including:

• An annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 based on experience and licensure.
