Prime Care Wellness Institute is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to contribute to our rehabilitation team at our state-of-the-art facility in Keizer, Oregon. Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our Rehabilitation Center, you will work in a dynamic, on-site environment where collaboration with a team of skilled professionals is essential. By fostering a supportive rehabilitation journey, you will help empower these individuals to achieve their personal health goals and maintain their independence for as long as possible.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active Physical Therapy license in Oregon, with eligibility for treatment in geriatric populations.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of mobility rehabilitation, pain management modalities, and fall prevention strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
