A Service Manager for Flow Companies will assist in the leadership of the Service Team in order to reach the goals established by, and in concert with, the store leadership and manufacturer. They will maintain the highest ethical standards, work habits, customer satisfaction standards and work toward the implementation of lean processes. Production goals will be set and measured. They will manage the proper level of staffing with a focus on hiring high achievers of good character who execute processes with excellence while clearly communicating performance expectations and guaranteeing that each service employee is fully trained in Flow Company's processes.
