  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans, adhering to established clinical guidelines to ensure targeted and effective therapy.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive behavioral therapy, to individual clients, families, and groups.
  • Respond effectively to crisis situations, assessing urgency and providing appropriate interventions and resources for clients in need.
  • Integrate therapeutic models, such as behavior modification and brief therapy, to enhance treatment effectiveness during counseling sessions.
  • Provide oversight and clinical supervision to junior mental health workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high standards of practice are maintained.
  • Collaborate with community professionals and develop cross-system treatment plans for clients requiring multidisciplinary support.
  • Implement training and educational sessions on clinical topics for team members, staff, and the broader community as needed.
  • Perform initial intake sessions, developing comprehensive Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments for clients with complex or co-occurring diagnoses.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, with a particular emphasis on mothers and clients from marginalized groups facing various socioeconomic barriers to mental healthcare. You will play a key role in empowering these clients to navigate their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
  • An active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of residence, ensuring compliance with all local regulatory standards.
  • Proven ability to manage a significant caseload effectively, engaging with large providers and support staff seamlessly.
  • A strong passion for making a positive impact in the lives of clients and advocating for future advancements in behavioral healthcare.
  • Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record systems and electronic communication platforms.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Windows applications, enabling efficient documentation and communication.
  • Understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, enhancing treatment strategies for complex cases.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly in community health settings.
  • Previous experience working with mothers and marginalized communities is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with telehealth technology and remote therapy best practices.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Minimal paperwork requirements, allowing you to focus more on client care.
  • A full caseload to keep your schedule engaging and fulfilling.
