Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a vibrant monthly calendar of wellness, recreational, and social programs tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages participation and builds community connections.
  • Plan and host special events, holiday celebrations, and local excursions that make life exciting and meaningful.
  • Partner with dining, operations, and management teams to ensure a holistic approach to resident wellness.
  • Lead group activities such as exercise sessions, wellness workshops, games, and creative arts.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a team of activity assistants and volunteers.
