About the Role:
Are you passionate about wellness and enjoy creating a welcoming, organized, and elevated client experience? Vytara Wellness is seeking an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wellness Client Coordinator at our Boca Raton location.
This role blends front desk reception, administrative support, and client experience. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an organized environment, and takes initiative in both client-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone/email communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment coordination, and maintaining client records.
  • Support daily operations by ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and running smoothly (light tidying/laundry as needed).
  • Help coordinate and prepare therapy rooms and equipment for client sessions.
  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly guidance on services including red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, PEMF, cold plunge, and more.
  • Answer client questions and ensure a seamless, elevated experience from arrival to departure.
  • Capture and support light social media content (photos/videos, basic posting or coordination) to showcase services and client experience.
  • Stay curious and continuously learn about Vytara’s wellness offerings.
