• Conduct detailed psychological assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth systems.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience in a telehealth environment, demonstrating adaptability to remote counseling practices.
