• Provide clinical assessments and evidence-based interventions to clients coping with mental health challenges, ensuring a focus on their unique presenting issues.
• Engage with clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions while managing a designated caseload, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary teams, contributing to collaborative care strategies that optimize patient outcomes.
• Implement integrated care plans by coordinating with clients, families, and external service providers, ensuring all necessary resources are accessible.
• Conduct regular screenings and perform risk assessments, responding appropriately to crises and emergency situations as they arise.
• Monitor client adherence to treatment plans, track progress, and make adjustments based on evolving needs.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, offering suggestions to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in on-call duties as needed, ensuring that crisis interventions are available during and after program hours.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Renewed Wellness Center, you will support a diverse population of clients grappling with varying levels of mental health issues. This includes working with individuals who face systemic barriers to healthcare, thus requiring cultural competence and an understanding of how socio-economic factors affect mental well-being.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida is required.
• Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment methodologies relevant to mental health.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, which are essential for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with a diverse client base, considering cultural and individual differences.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management, with specific skills in de-escalation techniques.
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare practices and familiarity with various community resources.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and providing virtual therapy.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
