The Wellness Assistant creates a first impression of the Club to members and guests. This position requires a professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Responsible for creating an atmosphere of cordiality and warmth between the Club and its members. Responsible for ensuring that members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient and pleasant manner. Greet each member by name, making them feel welcome.Duties: Responsible for warmly greeting all members as they enter the facility, checking in guests, and assisting with administrative duties. This includes answering calls and providing information as necessary and directing calls to the appropriate staff.
