Revita Derm Wellness is a thriving small practice consisting of two skilled physicians and one Nurse Practitioner-Certified (NP-C). The position is based in our onsite surgical center where a team-oriented atmosphere prevails. You will be immersed in a culture of continuous learning and practice enhancement, with a focus on the latest dermatological techniques and technologies. Our office is equipped with advanced medical tools that support effective and efficient patient care. This is a day shift position, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' presenting concerns, meticulously review their medical histories, and assess relevant records to form a comprehensive understanding of their dermatological issues.
• Perform detailed examinations, diagnose a range of dermatological conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring that each plan is actionable and meets the unique needs of each patient.
• Prescribe appropriate courses of treatment that adhere to your scope of training and privileges, while actively engaging in patient discussions about potential risks and benefits.
• Provide essential support to medical staff regarding any clinical questions or patient-related concerns, facilitating effective patient follow-ups and enhancing overall care coordination.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in written formats, to foster transparency and understanding with patients and team members.
• Remain compliant with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient privacy and maintaining adherence to healthcare standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to identify personal learning needs and participate in relevant continuing education opportunities.

As a Dermatology Physician Assistant, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from young adults to seniors, dealing with an array of dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and cosmetic concerns. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in dermatology practice.
• Proven ability to assess patient concerns, set achievable patient-care goals, and develop individualized care plans.
• Demonstrated capability to provide high-quality, empathetic customer service in a clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for efficient patient management.

• Experience in both medical and surgical dermatology is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical workflow processes.
• Additional certifications in dermatology or related specialties, if applicable.
