Overview

Sells Company's products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to increase profits in the PEO Sales organization.


Responsibilities
  • Analyzing the prospects needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to the correct sales partner to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Presenting Paychex PEO products and services to final decision makers and end users to achieve sales goals.
  • Sells PEO products remotely in order to service prospects country wide to increase sales and profits.
  • Partners with local HR Services Sales Representatives to increase PEO referral opportunities within markets.
  • Partners with the COA (client onboarding ambassador) to ensure a successful onboarding to the PEO. Expediting the resolution of client problems or complaints to facilitate a positive onboarding experience.
  • Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
  • Expedites the resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction and that issues are handled properly.
  • Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes
  • Completes and submits accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to ensure information is provided timely.
  • Develops technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to ensure the company a leader in the market place.
  • May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area regional or national meetings.

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 3 years of experience in Outside sales and/or Paychex PEO experience.
  • 3 years of experience in Experience with employee benefits, HR, and/or training helpful. .

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically $72,000- 140,000. This range includes BOTH base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
