Objectives of this role:

We'relooking for a Copy Supervisor who has experience across all media: traditional, digital, video, and whatever the nextbig thinghappens to be.First and foremost, you uncover the real reasonyou'rewriting something-you know when the idea is right. You know thatgreatcopy is a tone poem, and you romance the language until it has just the right rhythm and resonance. It must be said that you can also put your head down and get the job done. This role requires strong presentation skills and an imagination youcan'tquite turn off. You play well with others anddon'trun with scissors. Despite being very buttoned-up, you're prettyeasy goingand people re-tell your jokes.

What it takes:

  • Knowing what a great concept is when you create one
  • Ability to think strategically,creativelyand collaboratively
  • Superior attention to detail; practiced use of a fine-toothed comb
  • Natural curiosity about science and medicine
  • Expertisein writing in multiple voices and styles
  • Presentations that are as clear as your prose
  • Knowledge of web and interactive content development/writing
  • Graceful handling of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Awareness that laughter really is the best medicine
  • Everyone thinks they can write. Including AI. So it's important you are proficient in leveraging Google Gemini, NotebookLM, and the latest tools to help synthesize complex research and elevate initial drafts, allowing more time to sharpen your focus on brand storytelling.
  • You possess the creative intuition to transform AI-generated outputs into high-impact, brand-aligned messaging, with a constant readiness to master new or proprietary tools to specialize content across every tactic.

Required:

  • Pharma/healthcare advertising experience (4+ years)
