Job Description

Are you curious, motivated, and forward-thinking? At FIS you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.

About the role:

The Senior Manager, Benefits and Wellbeing will lead the execution of prioritized work and ensure programs are delivered across markets and teams. You will lead and execute transformation programs including Workday and harmonization; deliver M&A integration end to end; support M&A data collation and side-by-side comparisons; implement benefit changes and vendor transitions; manage timelines, milestones and outcomes; coordinate with Ops teams for execution

What you will be doing:

Lead delivery of prioritized Benefits transformation and optimization projects, turning approved strategy / design into executable plans across markets and teams

Own Benefits M&A integration activity end to end, including data collation, side-by-side comparisons using Origin, integration planning, benefit harmonization and transition into Ops for key projects

Deliver optimization projects for Benefits products, working with the go-to-market team to shape requirements, implementation approach, employee impact and launch readiness

Manage WAVE activity that sits outside BAU, ensuring non-standard work is scoped, tracked, resourced and handed over appropriately once stabilized

Lead Workday Benefits optimization projects, including configuration requirements, process improvements, testing coordination and readiness for operational use

Implement benefit changes, vendor transitions (including Wellhub for example roll out and EAP RFP) and cross-market harmonization activity, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and outcomes

Coordinate with Ops teams to confirm delivery capacity for new projects, requirement forms with portfolio analyst for Systems and Ops, handover points and escalation routes where operational blockers impact delivery

Package transformation work into structured execution bundles, ensuring Finance, Legal, Tax, Comms, ER, brokers, vendors and local teams are engaged at the right point post design and strategic design decisions

Track post-implementation outcomes and lessons learned so optimization activity improves future delivery, employee experience and operational scalability

What you bring:

Product and workflow optimization, including simplification of benefit processes, employee experience and scalable ways of working

Technology-enabled design thinking, including Workday Benefits, HR systems, data, AI tools, automation and digital employee journeys

System connectivity mindset: able to connect product design, platforms, data flows, vendor processes and BAU readiness

Stakeholder influence across Benefits, Transformation, Ops, Finance, Legal, Tax, Comms, ER, brokers and vendors

What we offer you:

  • Time to support charities and give back in your community.
  • A fantastic range of benefits designed to help support your lifestyle and wellbeing.
  • Great workspaces with dedicated and motivated colleagues.
