Location: Vineland, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Project Manager with millwright expertise and welding ability to lead high-value industrial and mechanical installation projects in Vineland, NJ. This is a full-time, permanent position for a hands-on leader who knows their way around blueprints, bolted bases, and a bead that runs clean.

If you’ve worked on the floor and now thrive in the field or at the helm of a project plan, this is your next big move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end project execution—from planning and scheduling to team coordination and client delivery
  • Supervise mechanical installations, equipment alignment, and millwright tasks with boots-on-the-ground experience
  • Weld as needed for onsite tasks; ability to step in for fabrication or structural work
  • Coordinate subcontractors, order materials, track labor costs, and maintain project budgets
  • Conduct job-site safety meetings, lead quality inspections, and ensure compliance with site-specific and OSHA standards
  • Interpret technical documents including P&IDs, blueprints, specs, and shop drawings
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Project management experience in construction, industrial maintenance, or mechanical installation
  • Millwright experience required – you understand rigging, alignment, rotating equipment, and installation processes
  • Ability to weld is required – including MIG, TIG, and Stick
  • Experience with stainless steel fabrication is preferred
  • D1.1 welding certification and experience welding to AWS standards are a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a no-nonsense approach to getting things done
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools
  • OSHA 30 preferred

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay: $100K–$125K based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Opportunities for long-term growth and leadership

How to Apply:

If you’re a boots-on and hands-on leader who can manage a crew as well as you can run a weld, let’s talk. Send your resume today and take the next step in your career.
