What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, making every visit feel personal and encouraging.
  • Accurately take and document vitals, weights, measurements, and patient histories.
  • Support our providers during both in-office visits and telehealth appointments, ensuring smooth, seamless care.
  • Assist with weight loss protocols, patient education, and follow-up communication.
  • Communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking patients to make sure everyone feels heard, comfortable, and cared for.
  • Keep the clinic running smoothly with accurate charting, scheduling support, and a positive attitude.

 What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required. Your language skills will make a real difference in our patients' experience.
  • Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience (weight loss or wellness experience is a big plus!).
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, or eagerness to learn quickly.
  • A people-person with a positive, can-do attitude and genuine compassion for patients.
  • Reliable, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ready to jump in and hit the ground running!

 The Details
  • Position: Bilingual Weight Loss Medical Assistant
  • Location: Lufkin, TX (In-Office)
  • Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-5Pm 
  • Pay: [$16-20 an hour] — based on experience
  • Must Have Current Medical Assistant Certificate
