Descripcion general: El WarehouseEmployee es responsable de recibir, organizar y mantener el area del almacenlimpia y ordenada en todo momento. Trabaja colaborativamente con otros integrantesdel equipo para ayudar a mover las piezas y accesorios en los estantes, empacarcamiones y descargar las entregas a medida que ingresan. Procura que la visitadel cliente sea una memorable, convirtiendo la experiencia de ordinaria aextraordinaria.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Recibir pedidos de todas las ordenes realizadas.
  • Verificar las piezas y accesorios recibidos, documentar y ordenar en el almacen segun corresponde.
  • Inspeccionar las ordenes recibidas, verifica que cumpla con los estandares establecidos (cantidad, tamano, modelos, colores, etc) y comunica al Gerente del area cualquier desperfecto o error en la orden.
  • Registrar datos manualmente o en computadora de los productos recibidos.
  • Comparar las facturas de mercancia con los articulos recibidos para asegurarse que los envios sean los correctos.
  • Prepara y despacha las ordenes de nuestros clientes, segun los horarios o rutas establecidos.
  • Transporta piezas y accesorios entre las localidades segun le sea solicitado.
  • Validar que las piezas despachadas, esten debidamente facturadas.
  • Mantener los pasillos y areas de trabajos limpias, transitables y organizadas.
  • Completar los procesos establecidos y llevarlos hasta el final.
  • Completar los conteos de inventario perpetuos diariamente y en un marco de tiempo definido.
  • Trata a los clientes como invitados siempre, ofreciendo un servicio calido, agil, anticipando y atendiendo las necesidades.

Requisitos minimos del puesto:

  • Grado asociado o diploma de escuela superior.
  • Al menos 1 ano de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente o manejo de inventario.
  • Poseer licencia de conducir vigente en P.R.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios extendidos y fines de semana.
