Superior Contracting & Maintenance is an established repair and maintenance company with more than 13 years of experience in the industry. Based near Atlanta, GA, we support residential and property management clients across AL, AZ, FL, GA, NC, OK, SC, TN, and TX.

Our teams handle a wide variety of work including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliance installation, remediation, make-readies, and general maintenance services.

We focus on reliable communication, quality work, and long-term partnerships with both clients and technicians.

Most technicians service jobs within their local coverage areas. Our maintenance division supports property management companies, while our residential division assists homeowners and larger project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations in trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general handyman work
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide practical repair solutions
  • Follow local safety guidelines and industry standards
  • Maintain communication with the Superior team throughout the work process
  • Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude
  • Dependable and punctual work ethic
  • Must own a truck, van, or SUV suitable for transporting tools and materials
  • Must have your own tools and ability to work independently
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades
  • Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using an online portal system for work orders and updates

Required Qualifications

  • HVAC technicians must have EPA certification
  • General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
  • W9 with valid Tax ID required
  • Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving work orders
