  • ​​This job is a member of the Customer Planning Team within the Customer Experience Division.
  • ​Responsible for coordinating the delivery and facilitation of Aiport Customer Service training.  Also responsible for assisting with training project coordination including logistics planning and implementation, and communication with students and all project stakeholders. 
What you'll do
  • Conducts initial, recurrent and operational training programs
  • Supervises students while in training including performance assessments
  • Remains up-to-date on all policies and procedures related to Airport Customer Service job functions
  • Ensures students are given proper certification for course completion
  • Updates and maintains current course curricula to ensure content is up to date and accurate
  • Supports and participates in special projects/programs as requested by customers
  • Develops positive working relationships with corporate departments and station personnel
  • Completes personal expense reports timely, accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work days, night, weekends and holidays
  • Ability travel frequently both domestic and international
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent airline Customer Service Agent experience
  • Knowledge of QIK CHK on Sabre, NetTracer, Gate Reader and other Passenger Service Programs
  • Strong experience in the area of airport customer service job functions
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Airport Customer Service Policies and Procedures

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable            
  • Applicable valid driver’s license as required by local authorities, if applicable
