Job description

Child Transportation Specialist

A career where you can make a difference.

Working with children affected by childhood abuse. Providing support to families working toward reunification. New Alternatives is a Trauma Informed Care facility who believes in putting an end to the generational cycle of abuse.

  • Shift available : Mon, Tues, Wed, (12-8) Sat & Sun (9-5)
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Transport children in and around Orange County
  • Clean driving record
  • Fingerprint clearance
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months experience working with children (volunteer work is acceptable)
  • Must possess a valid California Driver’s License, proof of automobile insurance and have access to reliable automobile
  • Stationed out of the Santa Ana office and working within Orange County.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide transport to the children during court ordered visitation
  • Establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with the child and family
  • Accurate case documentation of services provided
  • Trauma Informed and supportive care
  • Clerical Duties in office during non-drive time
