As a Weekend Toolmaker, you will often be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and modifying production tools and dies to minimize downtime during high-demand weekend operations. One common challenge is troubleshooting urgent tooling issues with limited on-site support or resources, requiring strong problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency.
