Toolmaker

A growing precision manufacturer is hiring a **Toolmaker **due to a planned retirement. This role offers a rare opportunity to train alongside an experienced team member before their transition and build a long-term career with a company known for developing its people.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, repair, and improve tooling and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot tooling, fixture, and production issues
  • Create sample parts and assist with engineering projects
  • Train and support operators and apprentices
  • Perform First Article Inspections and verify process changes
  • Monitor product quality and help solve production challenges
  • Operate and maintain tool room equipment

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years with tooling, setups, and production processes for CNC machining
  • Knowledge of machining theory, geometry, and trigonometry
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
