  • Complete operational reporting, administrative responsibilities, and required documentation accurately and on time
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced retail leader who is passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications include:
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in retail management.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and consistently exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams with a strong focus on talent development, mentorship, and succession planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience successfully managing change while remaining adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
  • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Experience overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including merchandising, financial performance, inventory management, labor planning, and loss prevention.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets, payroll, and profit and loss statements.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with all applicable state cannabis regulations and company policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position directly supervises dispensary leadership and team members. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, corrective action, succession planning, professional development, and, when necessary, separation decisions.
