Job Objective:
To manage the daily operations of a fast-paced retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all areas, including customer service, inventory management, and sales. The role is focused on creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers while maintaining a productive work environment for staff. This position reports to the Store Manager who evaluates performance annually.

- Develop and implement training to ensure all staff are well-versed in company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
