Pay Rate:
$29.83/hr. up to $32.78/hr.
Hourly Full-Time ( Monday-Friday) 8-hour shifts, with the possibility of weekend work and overtime as needed.

The Job You Will Perform:
• Train employees on the operation of all mounting and sleeve change equipment.
• Works in conjunction with all departments within the facility.
• Participation in Safety Committee.
• Support quality programs and processes.
• Work in a Team Environment
Responsibilities
1. Create an atmosphere and culture that drives toward an accident free workplace.
2. Create an atmosphere and culture that drives toward an accident free workplace.
3. Responsible for all paperwork and checklists created in the platemaking/mounting process.
4. Follows all published Work Instructions.
5. Follows Housekeeping Daily / Weekly items to keep area clean and organized.
6. Special projects as assigned.
Platemaker
7. Weekly inventory of all platemaking supplies.
8. Performs quality checks (micrometer/VipFlex)
9. Packaging and shipment of plates to outside customers.
10. Able to back-up and help support the mounting department.
11. Confirm and prepare all materials used in the platemaking process
12. Prep and trim plates for mounting use
13. Wash plates as needed
14. Record produced plates in the platemaking log
15. Check in pre-made plates from suppliers
16. Provide backup for Mounter
Additional Duties (included but not limited too):
• Back up for Inventory Control Tech
• Manage Plate Washing
• Balance PRI Solution
• Check Exposure Bulbs
• Input Mounting Data
• Track NCR's

1. Understanding of photopolymer printing plates and stickyback.
2. Knowledge of the flexographic printing process.
3. Able to handle multiple projects at one time.
4. Able to complete tasks with little or no supervision.
5. Good analytical and decision making skills.

7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Good organizational skills.
9. Background in problem solving and continuous improvement.
10. Basic computer skills. (Microsoft Word and Excel)
