This role requires technical expertise in setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and visually appealing prints.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Setup and Preparation:

· Prepare screens by applying emulsion and exposing them to create stencils for printing.

· Mix and prepare inks to achieve desired colors and consistency.

· Set up printing machines, ensuring accurate alignment and registration of screens.

2. Printing Operations:

· Load substrates onto the printing machine.

· Operate screen printing machines, ensuring consistent quality and color accuracy throughout the printing process.

· Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve proper ink coverage, registration, and print clarity.
