Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automatic Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for operating automatic screen printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. At this pay rate I expect you to feel comfortable producing 50 dozen or more high quality prints per hour. and set up 10 color sim process jobs quickly. You know who you are.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain automatic screen printing machines to ensure high-quality print output.
  • Set up machines for printing, including adjusting screens and colors according to job requirements.
  • Monitor printing processes to identify and rectify any issues or defects.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on screen printing equipment.
  • Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards and client specifications.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Keep accurate records of materials used and production output.
  • Collaborate with the design team and or production management to troubleshoot any issues with artwork or printing processes.
  • Work well with a team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in automatic screen printing.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining automatic screen printing machines.
  • Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques and color management.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot printing issues.
