HOURS FOR THIS POSITION: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9 AM - 4 PM.

Job Summary
We're seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to care for our wonderful individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
  • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Promote independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure.
  • Facilitate the individual's inclusion in the community's experiences and activities.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the individual's requirements.
  • Comply with the Agency's policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining documentation in compliance with the Agency's procedures

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a DSP or similar role.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
  • CPR and first aid certification.
  • Completion of the provided Agency training
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance as specified by the MD
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand proactively and physically support the individual
