What is the highest salary for a sous chef?

The highest salary for a sous chef can reach around $70,000 to $80,000 annually, especially in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels. To thrive as a Weekend Sous Chef, you need strong culinary skills, experience in food preparation, and usually a culinary degree or relevant kitchen experience. Competency with kitchen equipment, food safety certifications, and knowledge of inventory management systems are typically required.
