The Slot Services Supervisor at Santa Clara Resort LLC (SCR) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the slot machine gaming area within the hospitality and tourism environment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily slot floor activities, managing a team of slot attendants and technicians, and maintaining high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
