Responsible for enhancing the guests' experience and optimum machine performance through proper systematic maintenance/cleaning of the slot machines.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have knowledge of electronic and slot equipment
- Must be able to understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to perform complex tasks to include reading, writing and math
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Skill in establishing and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with staff and guests
- Ability to distinguish numbers, letters, and symbols
- High School diploma or equivalent
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work is performed on the casino floor or in a shop area
- Work may be performed in areas that are unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated
- May work with solvents/oils, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic devices, and computer equipment
- May be exposed to fumes/odors, dirt and dust
- Constant contact with staff and guests
