Job description

  • Repairs and maintains slot machines.
  • Executes movement of machines depending on current machine layout scheme.
  • Investigates device malfunctions and clears ticket jams.
  • Performs daily and weekly preventative maintenance of slot machines.
  • Responds swiftly to customer service issues.
  • Repairs and maintains play tracking systems and its components.
  • Provides excellent customer service to slot players by answering questions about the machines and ensuring machines are functional in a timely manner.
  • Ensures compliance with State of Florida gaming laws.
  • Is held accountable for accuracy and thoroughness to ensure accurate departmental records and reports.
  • All other duties assigned.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must have at least 3+ years of previous customer service experience.
  • Must have at least 1+ years of previous electronics/computer experience.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
  • Previous gaming experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
  • Must have keen attention to detail.
  • Must have strong team work skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.
