Description: This mid-level leadership position is within the Bacchus Value Stream Operations Team. This position is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, delivery, employee development and cost objectives are met. The successful candidate will: Direct all phases of assigned location program objectives from inception through completion.

Responsible for site specific technical statement of work / performance and overall site operations. He/she responsible for all site day to day activities of assigned program site, including employees timesheets, performance evaluations, property control, facility, safety, security and daily production and directs the work of employees assigned from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. He/she provides leadership, guidance, and career development to all site employees.

Ensures adherence to Northrop Grumman and TS Human Resources policies. He/she maintains close coordination with the OPM. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' experience manufacturing, or Master's Degree and 5 years' experience in manufacturing Candidate must have at 3 - 6 years managing in a manufacturing or related environment.

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to work with and satisfy internal and external customers and suppliers was well as a demonstrated commitment to customer service

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Presentation skills and ability to clearly communicate initiatives plans and expectations. Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Pilgrim.

Preferred Qualifications: Candidate should have a demonstrated commitment Northrop Grumman business Code of Ethics, the ability to lead others, build teams, develop employees and create an environment of continuous improvement using Lean Mfg. principles. Demonstrated basic knowledge and understanding of budgets, cost management, and staffing demand.

Candidate should have energetic manufacturing experience including knowledge of supporting systems to include; AHOPS, DOD4145.26M, MM&IR, OPCB, BOMIS, Applicable Safety and QA procedures. Demonstrated skill and initiative in resolving personnel conflicts and personnel performance problems/issues. Demonstrated experience managing a diverse work force including exempt, non-exempt, and Union represented hourly personnel

Experience with a Represent Work Force (Union) and the limitations and requirements related to USW contract. Experience in quality systems and quality management (AS9100/ISO9001) Demonstrated a strong safety and working culture, with All Hands Meetings and consistent floor presence. Primary Level Salary Range: $127,000.00 - $158,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
