ANGOLA AREA - 2ND SHIFT JANITORIAL CLEANING / SUPERVISOR

PAY: $18.00-20.00 PER HOUR

MONDAY - FRIDAY AND WEEKENDS AS NEEDED

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF AREA JANITORIAL CLEANING / SUPERVISOR:
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Must be familiar with the cleaning expectations for facilities in assigned territory.
  • Ensure proper training of new associates and communicate regularly regarding expectations.
  • Keep accurate record of mandatory training for associate
  • Respond to customer complaints and instruct associates to correct the problem.
  • Perform regular audit checks to confirm quality cleaning of patient rooms, operating rooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, lobbies, etc.
  • Communicate regularly with Operations Manager, HR and other management.
  • Standard cleaning duties
  • Cover buildings for associates as needed
  • Mediate employee issues

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF AREA JANITORIAL CLEANING / SUPERVISOR:

  • Good Leadership Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good client/customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

REQUIREMENTS OF AREA JANITORIAL CLEANING / SUPERVISOR:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check
  • Acceptable Driving Record for Auto Insurance Insurability
  • Acceptable Drug Screen 
  • Medical Cleaning background - Preferred
  • 3 years of experience, including supervisory - Required
  • Some facilities may have medical testing and vaccine/exemption requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
