PT Weekender Registered Nurse (RN)

As a PT Weekender Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide compassionate clinical care, support residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes and service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, and state/federal regulations.
  • Assess residents' conditions and communicate changes appropriately to physicians, families, and leadership teams.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately and safely.
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing team members.
  • Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and clinical concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete accurate and timely charting/documentation within the electronic medical record system.
  • Promote a positive resident experience through compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications
