Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with specific expertise in vascular and plastics surgery. This position requires a strong background in both open and endovascular cases.

Position Overview:
  • Role: Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM / 7 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
  • Weekend Requirements: 1:5 weekends, 12-hour shifts
  • On Call: Obligatory call, including overnight trauma call as needed
Requirements:
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an operating room setting
  • Specialty Experience Required: Strong background in vascular surgery and plastics cases is mandatory
  • Certifications: CNOR preferred
  • Skills: Level 1 trauma experience, familiarity with general, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, neuro, ENT, pediatrics, and endovascular cases
  • Personality Fit: Must be flexible, accountable, timely, and a team player
