Job Summary:

Aevum Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo county. We are rapidly growing and seeking a per diem Home Health RN to join our team in the South County area - San Luis Obispo & 5 Cities.


Our nurses deliver high quality care to patients in their own home environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all the patients needs, developing relationships and ensuring continuity of care. This highly rewarding field requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and making your own work schedule.


Work schedule: Responsible for weekend admissions and PRN nursing visits.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Current California RN license


Required Experience, Education, & Skills:

    • Current California RN license
    • Minimum one year of professional nursing work experience
    • CPR certified (Healthcare Provider)
    • Current Driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle to drive for work
    • Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
