What You'll Do:
- Perform all duties of the Rental Agents, Management Trainee and Management Assistant regarding customer service
- Evaluate employee performance for customer service and sales issues and provide employee supervision and direction through hands on training and coaching
- Provide input to the Branch Manager for employee performance reviews and maintain reports on performance and documentation of employee events
- Handle employee scheduling and cover necessary shortage
- Handle customer complaints to conclusion and satisfaction of the customer and company
- Follow up on overdue rentals
- Look for and repair or report any unsafe working conditions
- Evaluate office appearance daily from "curb to counter" and implement necessary cleaning or repairs
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Associate's degree required or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent customer service - friendly, attentive and responsive
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Team player attitude is a must
- Strong interpersonal and telephone skills to work effectively with co-workers and external agencies
- Good mathematical skills including ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Physical ability including walking, climbing; stooping; standing; kneeling; sitting; reaching; lifting/carrying at least 50 pounds frequently and at least 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekend hours
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
