This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. As a fully telehealth facility, we utilize advanced technology to connect counselors with clients seamlessly. Our team emphasizes collaboration and support, fostering a positive virtual work culture. Licensees will have access to a network of colleagues for peer consultations, along with administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing.

• Conduct weekly therapeutic sessions via secure video conferencing tools, providing evidence-based mental health care tailored to adult clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted nature of mental health challenges.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continually evaluate and refine treatment strategies, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and seeking guidance to ensure the highest level of care.
• Document sessions and treatment progress thoroughly in compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

The counselor will primarily engage with adult clients facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our approach emphasizes personalized care, wherein clinicians are encouraged to tailor their therapeutic methods based on each client's unique situation and feedback. This individualized focus promotes deeper connections and fosters more effective treatment outcomes.

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory.
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, empathetic demeanor toward clients.
• Proficient in the use of digital technology and telehealth platforms.

• Experience providing remote counseling services, demonstrating adaptability to virtual clinical environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on client assessments and self-reported progress.
