• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being, utilizing standardized tools as needed.
• Develop tailored individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, diagnostic criteria, and client-specific goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic counseling sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups by employing a variety of evidence-based practices.
• Establish rapport with clients, building strong therapeutic relationships through a non-judgmental and empathetic approach.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy to address clients' unique mental health issues.
• Guide clients in recognizing and modifying maladaptive behaviors and thought patterns to promote lasting positive change.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care and holistic support.
• Maintain precise records of client progress, treatment strategies, and assessments while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
