• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify psychological, emotional, and social needs effectively, applying evidence-based methodologies.
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans using established behavioral management strategies to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Provide high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Help Esteem, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of individuals seeking detoxification from substance use disorders. This population may include those grappling with addiction to alcohol, prescription medications, and illicit drugs. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through the complexities of recovery, instilling hope, and reinforcing their resilience.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in California, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of clinically relevant experience, particularly within addiction treatment settings, demonstrating your capacity to handle complex cases.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and telehealth platforms to deliver effective treatment and manage documentation.

• Experience working with detox and recovery clients, familiarizing yourself with the unique challenges they face throughout their treatment journey.
• Knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly in addiction counseling and group therapy.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team structure, utilizing virtual communication tools effectively to maintain team cohesion and client care.
