• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via telehealth with adult clients experiencing a spectrum of emotional and relational difficulties, utilizing best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific issues such as family dynamics, behavioral patterns, and individual psychological challenges.
• Utilize video conferencing tools to facilitate engaging therapy sessions, ensuring privacy and confidentiality while building therapeutic rapport.
• Guide clients and their families in identifying and employing effective coping strategies to constructively navigate their challenges.
• Assess clients' emotional and psychological needs, provide accurate diagnoses, and formulate detailed treatment plans aligned with clients’ goals.

This position will cater primarily to adults facing a variety of emotional disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will play a vital role in empowering clients to achieve healthier relationships and improved mental health outcomes. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex personal issues and facilitate their journey toward positive change.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or a related field.
• Must possess an active and valid LMFT license issued by the State of California.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing video conferencing tools and comfort with telehealth platforms; prior experience in telemedicine is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of assessment methods and evidence-based treatment modalities for diagnosing and managing mental health conditions.

• Experience with specific therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Familiarity with managing cases involving complex family dynamics and trauma-informed care practices.
• Background in providing supervision or training to emerging mental health professionals is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
