Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting weekly live video sessions for individual adults, providing tailored, evidence-based care that addresses each client's unique challenges.
• Working in partnership with other psychiatric providers, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to enhance comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilizing automated tools for symptom self-assessments, functional improvement tracking, and goal-setting to continually monitor and adjust your clients' treatment progress.
• Drawing on support and consultation from our team when required, ensuring that your practice is both well-informed and nurtured.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will primarily consist of adults facing various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space for your clients to express their concerns, explore their thoughts and feelings, and work towards recovery and personal growth. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you will need the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong capacity for making professional evaluations and treatment planning decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by a genuine empathetic nature.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following would enhance your application:

• Prior experience in a remote counseling setting or familiarity with telehealth practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Mind Dynamics Psychological Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience. Our benefits package includes:
