Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s unique mental health requirements and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services tailored to clients' needs via secure digital platforms like telehealth software and communication tools.
• Foster therapeutic relationships by collaborating with clients to set realistic and attainable therapeutic objectives, offering continuous encouragement throughout the treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy, respecting clients' preferences and treatment goals while tracking their progress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, as well as documenting client progress and updates.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Heartwork Health Care Inc., you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. You will play a crucial role in empowering clients by offering them the strategies and support needed to navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid professional license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD) issued by a recognized governing body.
• A graduate degree—either a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree—in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and a meaningful therapeutic connection with clients in a virtual format.
• Demonstrate a high degree of empathy, compassion, and an understanding of the unique experiences that clients face in their mental health journeys.
• Show proficiency in organizational and time-management skills necessary for effectively managing remote therapeutic tasks, including session scheduling and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in providing telehealth services or virtual therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt approaches based on client feedback and effectiveness.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams or networking with other mental health providers.

• Attractive annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
