Job description

Job Description Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for IT Support to join our team. Key Tasks: Perform imaging, testing, and deployment of iPads, laptops, and workstations at the warehouse and designated sites. Test all hardware and software applications to ensure functional readiness before field deployment

Provide on-site support for connectivity, hardware failure, and application errors. Operate provided vehicles to go between sites as dispatched. Transition to non-IT support roles as operational volume dictates.

Requirements: Proven experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and iOS environments. Fundamental understanding of network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LTE, Ethernet). Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a rigorous background check. CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience is highly preferred. Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
