• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, ensuring all documentation is completed promptly and meets regulatory standards.
• Utilize effective communication channels to connect with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure optimal client support.
• Participate actively in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the overall quality and improvement of services provided.
• Engage with clients through telehealth sessions, fostering relationships that promote trust and therapeutic progress.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health needs. Your work will significantly contribute to their recovery journeys and help them navigate their paths toward improved emotional stability and resilience.

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
• Proven ability to maintain clinical records accurately and to prepare thorough reports as needed.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with a capacity to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions based on professional knowledge and ethics.

Experience working in telehealth settings is preferred, as well as familiarity with evidence-based practices for mental health treatment. Previous experience in developing behavior support plans and crisis intervention strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
