Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that outline client goals, ensuring effective intervention strategies are implemented.
• Facilitate the preparation of crisis intervention and behavioral plans, allowing clients to navigate their challenges effectively while employing a proactive approach to wellness.
• Timely and accurately complete all necessary documentation to meet compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality care practices.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of a collaborative approach, ensuring informed decision-making within the clinical team.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continual quality improvement and excellence of our services.
• Serve as a key liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners, enhancing inter-agency collaboration and resource accessibility for clients.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships among local, state, and federal organizations to secure partnerships that support our mission.
• Organize and participate in professional development opportunities such as conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings, which bolster both your expertise and the agency's visibility.
• Champion the integration and advancement of our mission and values within the community while promoting a culture of inclusiveness.
• Perform additional related responsibilities as designated by the Clinic Director, contributing to overall team effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve at Transformative Healing Services include individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and those needing support in developmental disabilities and brain injury recovery. You will work closely with diverse populations, fostering resilience and guiding each individual in their unique recovery journey, all while promoting long-term wellness and community engagement.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, equipping you with the knowledge to serve our clientele effectively.
• Possession of an independent LMHC License, as sanctioned by the state board, ensuring you meet the professional standards expected in this role.
• Strong ability to maintain clinical records and generate relevant reports in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within an interdisciplinary team, promoting a comprehensive, integrated approach to mental health care.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey information and collaborate with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Independently exercised judgment and decision-making capabilities based on sound professional knowledge and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings focusing on community-based recovery programs.
• Background in using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address diverse client needs.
• Familiarity with mental health regulations and compliance standards, particularly within New York State.

Compensation and Benefits
